Beautiful ruby red in the glass, the 2018 Cab Sauv from Sans & Pareil Estate is juicy, lively, and incredibly fragrant. Crafted from grapes taken from around South East Australia, itys filled with notes of vanilla, blackberry and cinnamon. The tannins are soft and easy, and the acidity is just enough that it lingers on the palate. Enjoy with spag bol, or any other easy weeknight meal now and into 2023.
A fruitful, flavour packed Cab Sav with floral and vanillan notes on the nose, and blackcurrants complimented with spice on the palate. Soft, textural tannins lead to a long, luscious finish.

San Pareil use herbicides that are only a contact chemical therefore the vines do not take up any harsh chemicals. They are also blessed with dry heat during the growing season that prevents them from needing fungicides. Only copper and sulphur is used as a fungicide protective cover.
